I got an email from you. Is this real?
Yes. ViralMarkAI is a small business based at 5620 South Street, Halifax (B3J 0A7). We found your business through its public listing and website, made a free sample Reel from the photos on your Google listing, and emailed it to you. You can watch it with no obligation. If you don't want emails like this, every one has an unsubscribe link — one click and you're removed for good. You can also write to us at viralmarkkai@gmail.com.
Is it AI-generated?
No. We don't generate or imagine anything. Your Reel is made from your actual photos with a slow zoom and drift added, plus your business name. We stopped using generative video models because they can invent things that aren't in your photos, and a video of your business should only show your business.
Do I have to pay to see anything?
No. The 5-second preview is free and watermarked. Payment unlocks the full 15-second, watermark-free version.
What if a photo isn't mine, or I don't want it used?
Photos on a public Google listing can be uploaded by the business or by customers. If any photo in your preview isn't one you want used, tell us at viralmarkkai@gmail.com and we'll remove it and delete it. When you upload your own photos, you confirm you have the right to use them.
How long does it take?
The preview takes under a minute. After you pay, the full Reel is usually ready within a couple of minutes, and the download link is emailed to you (it works for 30 days).
What if I'm not happy with it?
Reply to your delivery email. We'll adjust it — different photo order, different crop — or refund you.
What happens to the photos I upload?
They're used only to make your video. If you don't order, they're deleted automatically within a few days. If you do order, they're deleted about six weeks after your order. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I stop receiving emails?
Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email we send, or reply and ask. Either one removes you permanently.
